Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not:

- Refund for items returned within 30 days, excluding delivery charges from the original purchase. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return.

- Free shipping on returns within Canada

- Every return must be accompanied by a sales receipt and unaltered, unworn, and in a saleable condition.

- All personalized items, including custom and engravable pieces, are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

- Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

- If you receive an order and deem it defective, please e-mail our customer service team at, including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.

- Some exclusions may apply.

If we receive repairs not covered under warranty, we will send a repair quote for your approval via e-mail which you will need to answer within 45 days. Refusal of the quote prompts the return of the product at the customer’s expense. If we do not receive an answer after 45 days, we will destroy the product at no responsibility to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your return only to the Canadian address provided in the Return Authorization Form.

Returns Process

- Contact us at 1.855.631.8380 if calling within North America, or for a Return Authorization Form and prepaid Canada Post shipping labels. 

- You will not be charged for return shipping within Canada. 

- Complete the Return Form indicating the quantity, item number, and reason for your return(s).

- Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

- All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding original delivery charges. It can take up to an additional 3-5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.

Exchange process (if applicable)

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and under warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at with a copy of your sales receipt to receive a prepaid Canada Post shipping label.

- Securely pack your item (s) along with your Return Form. Attach the prepaid Canada Post shipping label and drop the package at any Canada Post outlet.

Final Sale items

Only regular priced and sales items may be refunded or exchanged; unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
